About SCSP Solar
SCSP Solar is a solar installation company based in Charleston, South Carolina, serving residential customers across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. The company handles the full installation process, including system design tailored to individual energy needs, permit filing and HOA coordination, and same-day installation in many cases. Customers also receive access to a monitoring app to track system performance after go-live. SCSP Solar focuses on helping homeowners reduce electricity costs and achieve energy independence from utility grid rates, pointing customers toward available government incentives as part of the initial consultation. Reviews on SolarReviews, where the company holds a 4.51 rating, highlight transparent sales consultations, responsive project coordination, and quality craftsmanship — one municipal inspector reportedly praised the electrical work as notably clean compared to other jobs. Verified customer installations are documented in Mount Pleasant, Okatie, and Bowling Green, South Carolina. The company also offers battery storage as an add-on for customers who want backup power alongside their solar array. Prospective customers can schedule an appointment directly through the website, and existing customers can submit referrals through a dedicated referral portal.
