About Sol Choice, LLC
Sol Choice, LLC is a family-owned residential solar company serving Connecticut and New England homeowners. Founded by Jeff Amanna, the business is based in Connecticut and listed with the BBB under a Unionville, CT profile. Sol Choice guides homeowners through the solar evaluation and installation process, with an emphasis on transparency before any commitment is made. The company's approach centers on a free, no-obligation solar review that examines roof age, direction, and shading; electric bill patterns and expected system output; and available program options including ownership, financing, and timeline tradeoffs. Rather than routing customers through a national sales center, Sol Choice operates as a local point of contact — homeowners work directly with Jeff throughout the review and design phases. Installation photos on the site document completed residential rooftop arrays, showing racking setup, panel placement around chimneys and roof features, and finished systems. The company has been highlighted for a low-pressure sales process and clear explanations of incentive assumptions and program terms. Sol Choice was featured in the New Haven and Middlesex Real Producers vendor spotlight in June 2025. The business can be reached at 860-574-3344.
