About Pure Energy

Pure Energy is a Lubbock-based solar and energy services company that has been serving Texas since 2014. The company provides solar panel installation for homes and businesses throughout Lubbock and the broader Panhandle region. Customers can purchase a system outright, finance it, or go solar with no upfront cost through a lease option that includes maintenance, monitoring, and a production guarantee. Solar installations use premium Tier-1 panels backed by a 25-year warranty, with custom system design and net metering support. Battery storage is available through Tesla Powerwall-certified installations offering whole-home backup, smart energy management, and time-of-use optimization. Pure Energy also installs Generac generators with automatic transfer switches running on natural gas or propane, providing whole-home backup power during outages. Roofing services include storm damage repair, insurance claims assistance, and solar-ready installation using energy-efficient materials. For commercial customers, the company offers competitive electricity rates, contract negotiation, peak demand optimization, and multi-location management. A mobile app available on iOS lets customers monitor solar and battery stats in real time, receive outage alerts, schedule service, and manage account documents.
