Genesis Solar Systems
About Genesis Solar Systems
Genesis Solar Systems is a licensed and insured solar service company serving Tallahassee and surrounding areas in Florida, holding a 4.9 Google rating. The company focuses on upgrading, maintaining, and servicing existing solar systems rather than new builds from scratch. For homeowners undergoing roof replacement, Genesis offers complete solar panel removal and reinstallation, coordinating with the roofing contractor and performing full system testing and commissioning after the work is complete. The company also installs battery storage systems onto existing solar setups, handling compatibility assessments, inverter upgrades if needed, and monitoring system configuration. For customers wanting more production capacity, Genesis evaluates roof space and integrates additional solar panels into existing electrical systems. On the maintenance side, the company replaces micro-inverters from all major brands including Enphase and Chilicon Power, managing warranty paperwork and restoring arrays to full output, typically in a single visit. Genesis installs stainless steel mesh for bird and squirrel proofing to prevent nesting and wire damage, backed by a lifetime installation warranty. The company also applies nano-ceramic coating to panels to extend cleaning intervals and performs professional solar panel cleaning using soft-brush techniques and eco-friendly solutions to restore peak efficiency.
