Davis Hill Development
About Davis Hill Development
Davis Hill Development (DHD), based in Nashville, Tennessee, is a solar energy developer that works with landowners, businesses, and communities on clean energy projects from concept to completion. The company offers six categories of solar solutions: community solar, commercial rooftop solar, greenfield development, brownfield redevelopment, agrivoltaics, and solar carports. For community solar, DHD develops off-site solar arrays that allow residents, small businesses, and nonprofits to access clean energy without installing panels on their own property, with a particular focus on expanding access to low-to-moderate income households. On the commercial side, DHD helps businesses deploy rooftop solar aimed at increasing net operating income. Landowners can partner with DHD to generate value from their properties through solar development. Featured completed projects include a 1 MW solar carport at Ridgefield High School in Connecticut, a 7.5 MW greenfield community solar project in Deerfield, New York, and a 2.8 MW brownfield community solar project in Cortland, New York. DHD positions itself as a full-service developer managing every project phase, with an emphasis on trust, transparency, and long-term value for its partners.
