About Bison Energy Solutions

Bison Energy Solutions is a solar installation company based in Gillette, Wyoming, serving residential and commercial customers across Wyoming, Colorado, and California. The company offers solar panel installation for both grid-tied and off-grid applications, battery storage systems scaled to projects ranging from small residential to large utility-demand installations, and grid interconnection services for connecting with local utility companies. They also provide guidance on financial incentives including net metering and federal and state tax benefits. The team brings over a decade of solar industry experience alongside a background of more than twenty years in oil and gas. Bison Energy has a particular focus on large-scale commercial and industrial solar projects. Equipment partners listed on their site include REC Solar, Silfab, Enphase, SolarEdge, IronRidge, Fortress Power, and Discover batteries, and the company displays a T3 Energy Certified Installer designation. Rather than operating a traditional sales team, Bison Energy states it pursues an efficiency-focused model intended to reduce project costs. The company offers a solar calculator on its website to help prospective customers estimate system sizing and savings. Business hours are Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Inquiries can be submitted through their website or by phone.
